Individual - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Individual memberships are available for those working in the healthcare supply chain for organizations not participating as a system.

Large Hospital System Membership (>5 Hospitals) - $1,000.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Dues are $1,000 annually. Each system must assign at least one team member to serve as an at-large board member.

Small Hospital System Membership - $300.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Dues are $300 annually.
