Interim President

Claire Nerenz is a Program Manager known for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across large health systems. She combines strong analytical and technical expertise with strategic project leadership to drive process improvements, policy development, and large-scale supply chain transformations that deliver measurable financial and operational results. With a proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar savings and enhancing transparency, she excels in change management, stakeholder collaboration, and implementing innovative solutions.

As President, Claire will leverage her leadership, strategic vision, and collaborative approach to advance WPHMMA’s mission, strengthen member engagement, and support the continued growth of healthcare supply chain professionals across the region.

Kate Cerra
President-Elect

Kate Cerra is a healthcare supply chain leader with a passion for building strong partnerships that improve outcomes for patients, providers, and health systems. As a Contract Portfolio Manager at Froedtert ThedaCare Health, she leads strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clinical specialties, helping organizations balance quality, service, innovation, and financial stewardship.

Throughout her career, Kate has worked closely with clinicians, suppliers, and healthcare leaders to drive value, support informed decision-making, and advance supply chain excellence. She is passionate about developing collaborative solutions that strengthen both operational performance and patient care.

As President-Elect of WHPMMA, Kate is dedicated to fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and supporting the growth of healthcare supply chain professionals. She is excited to help advance the chapter's mission of education, networking, and industry leadership while helping members navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.

Mark Boardman
Secretary

Mark Boardman is a Manager of Materials Management at UW Health, where he oversees functions of Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, and Distribution. As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Mark began his career in Operations Management and Quality Improvement before transitioning into Supply Chain. In his current role, he now supports healthcare operations with a focus on strengthening supply chain performance and ensuring reliable service for clinical teams and patient care.

Mark holds the Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) credential through the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) and serves as Board Secretary for the Wisconsin Healthcare Purchasing & Materials Managers Association (WHPMMA). While new to the WHPMMA Board, he looks forward to supporting advancement of healthcare supply chain practices across Wisconsin through shared learning and continuous improvement.

Summer Munao
Treasurer

Summer Munao is a Contract Administrator for Froedtert ThedaCare, advancing indirect spend strategies across the North Region to drive cost efficiency and operational performance. Summer serves as Treasurer for WHPMMA, providing financial oversight and supporting the organization’s mission to advance healthcare supply chain excellence. With a dual background in Information Technology Management and Supply Chain Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Summer brings a strategic, data-driven approach to leadership and industry collaboration.

Mark Litton

Mark Litton is the CEO of Howard Medical, a medical distributor focused on helping hospitals and healthcare providers gain actionable insight into their purchasing data and reduce costs. He chairs the Independent Link Coalition, a national AHRMM initiative dedicated to supporting supply chain leaders at independent, critical access, and rural hospitals. Mark also serves as Vice President of the Chicago Chapter of AHRMM and as a Board Advisor for the Wisconsin Chapter. He is passionate about delivering supply chain solutions that strengthen community-based healthcare.

Dustin Pattengill

Dustin Pattengill is a healthcare sales executive with more than 20 years of experience developing strategic partnerships that create long-term value for health systems and industry stakeholders. As Senior Director of Healthcare Sales at Encompass Group, he collaborates with providers, distributors, and key decision-makers to deliver innovative solutions, strengthen relationships, and advance shared organizational goals. Dustin also serves on local AHRMM chapter boards in Minnesota and Wisconsin, supporting collaboration, professional development, and the advancement of healthcare supply chain excellence.

Eric Alenius

Eric Alenius brings more than 25 years of Health Care experience and currently serves as Director of Distribution and Integration for Advocate Health where he oversees the daily operations of the Distribution Center and has enterprise-wide responsibility for channeling and freight.

Throughout his career, Eric has partnered with clinical, and operational leaders to improve inventory management, distribution operations, logistics, and supply resiliency to support patient care. With extensive experience in healthcare operations and distribution, Eric is dedicated to operational efficiency and ensuring reliable cost-effective supply chain to deliver better patient care while reducing costs and improving overall operational performance.

Jodi Gaszak

Jodi Gaszak serves as Director of Supply Chain Operations for Advocate Health, where she leads initiatives focused on operational excellence, supply chain performance, and the efficient delivery of products and services that support patient care. With extensive experience in healthcare supply chain operations, Jodi is dedicated to optimizing processes, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable supply chain execution across complex healthcare environments.

Throughout her career, Jodi has partnered with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to enhance inventory management, distribution operations, logistics, procurement processes, and supply chain resiliency. Her expertise lies in translating strategic objectives into operational results that improve service levels, drive efficiency, and support caregivers in delivering high-quality patient care. She is passionate about continuous improvement, team development, and leveraging best practices to create sustainable value within healthcare organizations.

As a Board Member, Jodi is committed to advancing the healthcare supply chain profession through education, networking, and collaboration. She actively supports the development of healthcare supply chain leaders and the sharing of innovative operational practices that strengthen healthcare delivery across Wisconsin.
