Available Memberships
ProvidersLarge Hospital System Membership (>5 Hospitals): Dues are $1,000 annually. Each system must assign at least one team member to serve as an at-large board member. Small Hospital System Membership: Dues are $300 annually. Individual Membership: Dues are $75 annually. Individual memberships are available for those working in the healthcare supply chain for organizations not participating as a system. | SuppliersVendor Membership: Dues are $1,000 annually. Vendor membership includes membership for five (5) assigned employees and includes participation in chapter events. |
Honorary Life Membership: This membership may be granted to recognized retired or retiring members who have provided long-term, valuable service to the association. Nominations must be submitted in writing to the Chairperson of the Membership and Qualifications Board, who will review qualifications and make recommendations to the Executive Committee for final approval. Honorary Life Members receive a distinctive framed certificate. They are invited to all meetings and seminars at the same fee rate as regular members but pay no dues and may not vote or hold office.
