OUR MISSION
The Wisconsin Healthcare Purchasing and Materials Management Association (WHPMMA) is committed to
develop and integrate best practices for healthcare supply chain management, as set forth by AHRMM and other
professional resources, by creating networking and educational opportunities for healthcare professionals
within the state of Wisconsin.
Memorial Health Center is a Level III Trauma Care Hospital with Emergency room physicians onsite 24/7. Memorial offers comprehensive primary care through its clinics in Gilman, Medford, Phillips, Prentice, and Rib Lake. It has an after-hours urgent care clinic – open 7 days a week, therapy centers in Prentice and Medford; an acute care Swing Bed program; dialysis center; public fitness center and retail pharmacy in Medford. Plus, a continuum of senior care services from independent living, to assisted living, to skilled nursing services.
Memorial Health Center is a partner of a regional health care system, Aspirus Inc. Through its affiliation, Memorial Health Center has over 60 specialists and surgeons on-staff. It is a satellite location for the award-winning Aspirus Heart & Vascular Institute, and depending on the 9-1-1 call, an Aspirus MedEvac paramedic, intercept vehicle, and/or air flight transportation – a higher level of emergency services - is dispatched immediately from Memorial Health Center.
